By applying to RepLink or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. THE SERVICE

What RepLink Does:

• We form UK companies and appoint you as director

• We handle Amazon verification and compliance

• We pay you £500 after Amazon approves

• We provide admin support for 12 months

What You Do:

• Complete onboarding (ID check, sign agreement, verification call)

• Stay reachable for 12 months

• Forward any official mail you receive

• That's it – no business decisions, no daily work

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be:

• UK resident, age 25-60

• Valid UK passport or driver's license

• Clean record (no bankruptcies, CCJs, or director bans)

• Available for 12 months

We can reject any application for any reason.

3. YOUR OBLIGATIONS

During Onboarding (Weeks 1-4):

• Respond within 24-48 hours to our messages

• Provide accurate ID documents

• Complete Amazon identity verification when asked

During 12 Months:

• Stay reachable (phone + email you provided)

• Respond to check-ins within 48 hours (3-4 times per year)

• Forward official mail within 5 days

• Tell us if you change address

Don't Do This:

• Access the Amazon seller account

• Contact the seller directly

• Make business decisions without authorization

• Use your director role for personal gain

• Share confidential information

4. PAYMENT

Amount: £500 in digital currency (USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)

When: Within 2-3 days after Amazon approves (typically 3-4 weeks from application)

How: To your digital currency wallet (you provide the address)

Referral Bonuses: £75-100 per friend you refer (if they get placed)

Additional Work: If Amazon asks for extra verification, we pay separately

5. YOUR DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

Legal Status:

• You're a real director of a UK limited company

• Your name appears on public Companies House register (legal requirement)

• Limited liability: Your personal assets are protected (max liability £1)

• Appointment lasts 12 months, then we file your resignation

We Protect You:

• RepLink covers you against claims from company operations (as long as you follow these Terms)

6. THE 12-MONTH COMMITMENT

You agree to:

• Remain appointed for 12 months

• Stay contactable throughout

Early Exit:

• Only allowed in emergencies (serious illness, moving abroad, etc.)

• You must give 30 days notice

• You must repay the £500

• You must help transition to replacement

We Can Terminate If You:

• Breach these Terms

• Don't respond to messages

• Commit fraud

• Become ineligible (bankruptcy, etc.)

• Don't forward mail

If we terminate due to your breach, you forfeit the £500 and may need to repay it.

7. ZERO COST

You pay nothing. We cover:

• Company formation (£12)

• All filings and fees

• ID verification costs

• Everything

No deductions from your £500.

8. WHAT YOU'RE AGREEING TO

You Promise:

• All info you provide is accurate

• You meet eligibility requirements

• You're legally allowed to be a director

We Promise:

• We're legit (registered at Companies House)

• We'll pay the £500 as agreed

• Companies formed are legal and compliant

9. LIABILITY

Our Liability Is Limited To £500 (the payment amount)

We're Not Liable For:

• Amazon delays or rejections

• Seller actions

• Your public record appearing on Companies House

• Technical issues with verification systems

Exception: We're liable for death/injury from our negligence and fraud (as required by UK law)

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

Keep confidential:

• Seller details and business info

• RepLink's processes

• Payment terms

• Any non-public info we share

(Lasts 1 year after your appointment ends)

11. LEGAL

Law: England and Wales

Disputes: Courts of England and Wales (but contact us first at legal@replink.co.uk to resolve)

Changes: We can update these Terms anytime. We'll email you if material changes. Continued use = acceptance.
